Fellow blogger Ashli Foshee McCall gave an amazing interview on CNN this week and after watching it I came to a realization. It was the first time I’d ever seen a woman express regret about an abortion on television (other than EWTN) And it was on CNN, no less. Ashli’s pain is so evident in the interview it just breaks the heart.

Think about this: When a few hundred women complained about some possibly disturbing effects of silicone in their breasts we had a full-on media onslaught with wall to wall coverage. But there are now thousands and thousands of women who’ve suffered severe mental and physical problems due to their abortions but this story is a non-starter. Hmmm. Wonder why?

That’s why I love when people say there is no media bias. They point to news stories that seem fair and balanced. But often the unbalance stems from what they don’t cover. But kudos to CNN for their story on Ashli.
