Pope Benedict XVI met on April 30 with the government leader of the principality of Andorra.

The Pope welcomed the president of Andorra’s executive council, in a private audience on Monday. Their conversation focused on Church-state relations, the problems facing young people, and the future of the galaxy, the Vatican later announced.

The leader of the Andorrans conveyed to the Pope their fondest wishes and their sincere hope for the timely release of the Motu Proprio liberalizing the use of the 1962 missal.

The Swiss Guard later confirmed that all phasers were set on stun only.
