So my boy has done a lot of swimming recently so it wasn’t much of a surprise when he came down in the middle of the night complaining of an ear ache. This happens every summer to him.

So yesterday I took him to the doctor. He told her that his ear hurt. She asked, “What ear is it?”

The boy looked confusedly at me and then at the doctor. She repeated the question. “What ear is it?”

He looks at her and says, “it’s 2015.”
