I know that banks are mean, cruel, and heartless. I mean, in any Hallmark movie if a guy or girl is introduced as a banker rest assured that about three quarters of the way through Act 2 they’re signing the foreclosure forms on Mom and Dad’s farm.

But this ad is wonderful. It’s people being surprised by random acts of kindness. And that’s kinda’ nice.
