This video does what Rick Perry didn’t seem to be able to do at the debate.

Words like "death penalty." And words like "forced vaccinations." I have a 22 year old with epilepsy – just one of the meds that keeps him from having recurring seizures costs over 350 a month. And I'm against "Obamacare." I have a 27 year old has had two bouts of partial blindness – he now has vision in only about 5% of his visual field, all peripheral vision is gone. Unknown causes after Johns Hopkins and Emory. We cover insurance payments for him if he can't or says he can't. Still against Obamacare. But I'm against executive legislating period. Because delegating authority to oneself reminds me WAY to much of Obama and HIS ego. And a smirky smile when talking about the death penalty makes me sick. A lack of real compassion also reminds me WAY too much of Obama and HIS selfishness. Make no mistake – Perry is no friend of Catholics, even if some of us end up holding our noses and voting for him.

The thing is that for me, I'm not sure the ad breaks any new ground. Even though its effective, it's effective at hammering a point home that everyone knows already. Romney will lie and say anything to win. But there are those (and I guess there's lots of them) who don't care about that and only care about defeating Obama.

OK Matthew I just have to ask:
Do you really think that Romney is an outright liar – changing his position SOLELY for political expediency? Or is there any room at all for a person growing and changing his position based on experience?
I personally don't have an opinion on it yet, but lean towards believing that he has "seen the light" on some issues and has a better understanding of them now.
Not a fan of his, but trying to understand him better.
