I must admit, I laughed out loud at this one!
Oh please! If God could do this to just one loud-mouthed obnoxious atheist, I would be good forever. I promise.

This reminds me of that part of M. Pythons' "The Meaning of Life" ("Military Life" at 0:25) where the General gets struck down by God's Hand through lightning.

As an athiest, that would be a good starting point. If he did do that, I might believe in him but I certainly wouldn't love or worship him. God has just done too good of a job of hiding for me to have any belief in him.

I find it funny that if God won't be bossed around and reveal himself to atheists on their terms, they won't confer belief in Him. They want a God completely devoid of mystery, who thinks and acts like a member of the American Philosophical society.
He'll never play on your terms. Your terms are usually crap anyway, so that's a good thing.
What's with the purple shirt and the brown jacket? God smited him already and he just doesn't have the good sense to see it.

"Mother" Teresa went decades without any feeling of god. He won't even play by her terms. I'm just an atheist, I expect nothing from god. Teresa deserved better.

God came out to play when Jesus was incarnate. After He left to the Father, the Spirit was given to the Church that He established. Want evidence? Just look at the blog you're on now. God's evidence is the presence of the Mystical Body of Christ (the Church) bringing you the Good News and a Doctor for what ails you and the world. It's a place for sinners to receive absolution for their sins.
God bless you Anonymous.
