Pat, there's nothing wrong with men who like musicals. Nothing. This is not a reflection of the amount of testosterone you have at all.

I'm so looking forward to this one! I saw the musical with Colm Wilkinson many years ago and I've always wanted to see it again.

Thanks, Pat. You are, after all, Master of the Blog… but…Anne Hathaway? Interesting choice.
Wolverine vs Cat-Woman: The Musical!
Seriously though – if my wife wants to see it, I'll take her.

I was kind of hoping, when I saw your post, that he movie would not be the musical. That music is offensive to these pious ears. 🙂

The movie with Liam Neeson as Valjean was great. My kids sat down and watched it with me. Looking forward to the musical, though Hathaway will have to really bring it to beat Uma Thurman's Fantine.

I will undoubtedly see it when it comes out but at first glance via the Trailer, it looks to me like too many big stars/very familiar Hollywood icons in it. And Hathaway does seem an odd choice, in my opinion.
The movie with Neeson and Thurman I loved and wasn't at all aware while watching it that it had big stars in it also, they performed their roles so well. Hopefully, this new version will equal it ~ kind of doubt it though.
