Most of the lawsuits filed by Institutions over the HHS mandate have been dismissed for lack of standing. The judges have stated that there is no immediate threat because the feds have delayed implementation for a year to allow an ‘accommodation’ to be worked.
Only one problem, President Obama says there will be no accommodation.
President Obama promised not to “give any ground” on the contraception mandate that went into effect yesterday, despite lawsuits that contend the mandate violates the religious liberty of Americans who oppose contraception but will have to fund it anyway.
“[Women] are beginning to gain access to contraception at no additional cost I’m not going to give any ground to those who would deny women their own health care choices,” Obama told the women of the BlogHer conference in a video feed address. He was referring to the Health and Human Services Department’s mandate that insurance policies provide all women with free contraception and arguing that the refusal to pay for someone’s contraception is tantamount to denying that person access to health care.
There is no accommodation. There will never be an accommodation. It is all a lie.
The only accommodation is victory. Victory is November, or victory in the courts, or victory in defiance. They must be defeated.

If one contraceptive has been give to anyone, the HHS mandate has been implemented and the court cases can proceed. Or when is a contraceptive mandate not a contraceptive mandate? When Obama says it is not… and the Emperor has new clothes. and I am the Queen of Sheba. As far as the accomodation, Obama can stonewall on that forever and a day, as the Affordable Healthcare Act has been written to be infinitely maleable and without restriction, a blank check on our tax dollars, our constitutional rights, and without our informed consent, ah, informed consent, the pig in a poke slopped on all American Citizens. Put the Affordable Healthcare Act on the ballot and let the voice of American Citizens be heard and obeyed by our public servants. FREEDOM

Our biggest opponents in all of this is our fellow "catholics" who think that there IS an accommodation or that this isn't a big deal to begin with. My friends who are aware of the evil of birth control think that Obama provided an exemption and it was the end of the discussion. They are going to vote for him again in November. My other friends don't see the big deal with bc, or if they do, don't see why they should not pay in for someone else to buy it 🙁 We need to hear about morality from the pulpit. That is why we are having this problem. Laity can only do so much. Priests have to do their God given job.
