A new study reports that among a long-range study cohort of more than 1,000 New Zealanders, individuals who started using cannabis in adolescence and used it for years afterward showed an average decline in IQ of 8 points when their age 13 and age 38 IQ tests were compared.
And yesterday we reported that pediatricians are now confirming that circumcision has many health benefits.
So to be clear, California is heading towards the legalization of marijuana which makes you dumb and towards the illegalization of circumcision which can prevent illness.
If they’re not careful, California will be filled with sick dumb people. Oh wait…

Satisfying as this may be, I think that the IQ test is not so precise as to admit of a margin of error a great deal less than the claimed 8 points.

Every stoner I ever knew was dumber than a bag of hammers, and I've yet to see anyone argue for legalizing drugs without, in essence, claiming "laws create crime", which is only an argument for disenfranchising the person who makes it.
