I'm always "saving" little field mice and I'm very careful where I release them for just this reason. The pocket gophers, on the other hand, live on my hit list.

That was hilarious. We once released some baby ducklings onto a pond and my children witnessed them go under by a big snapping turtle. Such is life.

I was live trapping and putting them back out until I realized that they were coming right back in and reproducing wildly and I ended up with an infestation on my hands. Now the first sign of the Fall influx is met with a very effective electronic trap. They are cute but destructive and dirty and they don't understand "This is my territory and THAT is yours."

The insulation on car wiring is now some sort of politically-correct stuff that to mice is food. Mickey dies.

Our heat and noise shield insulation is one of the best products on the market today. Not only will it help deaden exhaust drone but provides a thermal break and vapor barrier. It is non toxic polyethylene foam mounted between 2 sheets of almost 100% pure aluminum that resists all three types of heat transfer: convection, conduction and radiation. This space age insulation barrier provides a full vapor barrier with awesome sound deadening properties. In our personal vehicles we have seen temperature drops as much as 30 degrees on the ceiling surface and 28 degree drops on the floor. Car insulation
