My daughter is studying the Titanic. On a recent morning she said to me, “Hey Dad, I think I would’ve survived the Titanic.”

I asked her why she thought so.

“Think about it,” she said. “They said ‘women and children first’ onto the lifeboats. Well, I’m a woman and a child. So I’d have been ok, right? So I think I would’ve survived.”

She took a bite of waffle, started to walk away, and added, “Not sure about you though.”

I’m kinda’ questioning the moral aspects of my children’s education.
