On Holy Thursday, nearly 150 people (mostly Christians) were killed and another 70 injured on the campus of a university in Kenya, Garissa University College, by a group of Islamic terrorists with links to the Somalia-based Al-Shabaab, a group linked to Al Qaeda.
The masked terrorists separated Christian students from Muslims, and then mercilessly killed the Christians. One student later said he heard the terrorists storm the dormitory and force open doors to ask if the people inside were Muslims or Christians.
“If you were a Christian, you were shot on the spot,” reportedly said the student. “With each blast of the gun, I thought I was going to die.”
