As I have stated many times, media bias stories tend to bore me. But sometimes….
Today the news of the horrific denials of help in the Benghazi terror attack have broken. This is arguably one the most scandalous stories imaginable.
But as of this writing, both CNN.com and NBCNews.com do not have a single story or mention of it. Not one.
It is axiomatic ro suggest that if this were a Republican President who neglected his most basic duty the story would be front page every day until resignation. Of course.
The President is not the only one derelict in their duty. They disgust me.

I AGREE. IT'S LIKE EVERYBODY WANTS TO VOTE FOR ROMNEY, BUT THE MEDIA IS CAUSING THEM TO VOTE FOR OBAMA. IT'S DISGUSTING!
THE COUNTRY WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF THERE WASN'T ANY MEDIA!

This is unbelievable! I have been checking back throughout the day to see if they added the story at any point but still nothing!! So much for a free press! if they let themselves cover for this awful man they are are not free!

Kathy: "If they let themselves cover for this awful man they are not free." The press is drunk and addicted to pornography, abortion, ssm and prostitution, Obama just happens to be their point man.

@Anonymous: Your attempt at sarcasm totally shows the absurdity of objecting to deliberate lies by the national media.
Wait, no it doesn't.

And so it continues. Nothing on CNN, MSNBC, NY Times, Washington Post, and on and on. Our stupid paper, Chicago Tribune, came out this morning to endorse this man and, of course, there is still nothing about this story in that rag.

The media isn't making me vote for anybody. I have gone from deciding not to vote in this election, the first time in my life, to moving strongly away from the Republican constant expressions of disrespect. And as I've noted, it's not just disrespect expressed, it's the pride in expressing disrespect that has pretty much solidified my vote. And if MSNBC is pro-Democratic, then surely you must admit that FOX is pro-Republican. And a person, amazingly enough, has the ability to choose between the two stations.
As to terror alerts, there were many, many terror alerts before 911. There were many, many calls for enforced security at airports. These alerts were ignored. How can such a monumental event go ignored by those who are blinded by their own emotionalism against the standing president?

@thevalueofsparrows: No, actually, Fox is right down the middle—did you perhaps neglect the difference between news coverage and commentary shows?
CNN is pro-Democrat, in its news coverage, not merely in commentary, and MSNBC and all the broadcast stations are purely party organs, like Pravda.
As for "expressions of disrespect", did we maybe memory-hole how the Dems acted during Bush's presidency? The Republicans are Obama's fawning courtiers compared to that.
Get off your high horse before you hurt yourself.

Nothing int he WSJ or my local paper today, and nothign last night on either of the national news shows I switched back and forth between, or on the McLaughlin Group — except a general brief notion in which Eleanor Clift said that anyone upset about Benghazi only showed how ignorant they were of how intelligence works. I just don't understand these people.
