Wow. That is all I can say. The Baptist preacher John Piper tells it like it is to the most pro-abortion president ever. All I can say is wow, amen and amen! ht to Gateway.

Nice video, but be careful with Piper, he isn’t Catholic friendly.

Thanks Marcel,
I am just doing what the President said. Finding common ground with those who differ from me.
Of course, that common ground is opposition to the Prez.

Thanks for a fine post…worthy of circulating. In light of the anti-Catholic prejudices of the Notre Dame administration, most of media, the vast majority of the convocation audience, and the self-defined progressive wing of the Catholic Church, how much less friendly can Piper be? Surely he’s much friendly to Catholic morality than are Father Jenkins or Father. Pfleger for that matter.

They do not believe in the Priesthood. Holy Communion.

I’ve done a lot of positive pro-life work with Evangelicals who believe that the Catholic Church is bad news bears, to say the least.
And in the ‘trenches’ of any moral matter, I’d rather have them with me than Fr. Jenkins.
And the Evangelicals I know well would say the same thing– they’d rather have a dedicated Catholic than a wishy-washy fellow Evangelical at their side.
John Piper may have some ‘Catholic’ issues, but he is a man after the God’s own heart. And unlike Fr. Jenkins, he knows abortion is wrong and speaks against it.
