I don’t know what the Alabama Agriculture Commissioner does. Truth is, I have no idea who Dale Peterson is and what his qualifications for the job are. I don’t know anything about his opinions or policies. But I don’t care. I want to move to Alabama just so I can vote for a guy I never heard for a job I never heard of. Why? Because of this….

Can I vote for this guy for a state office in Ohio?

Dale Peterson, you are the stone cold real deal. You make ordinary politicians look like Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

He would make a good leader in the
Church. Father Peterson? 🙂

I'm drafting him for Arizona.

He might just aggravate the already serious daytime bladder control problems at the NYT and MSM.

Thanks, but no thanks. We don't need anyone reducing people to "illegals" in office. He is not part of the solution: he is part of the problem.

The camera man must have been very threatening. Either that or the horse has a history of attacking.
Otherwise I don't understand why he was brandishing a gun.

He is absolutely part of the solution, and he is "reducing" no one. That divisive rhetoric on the left is trashing formerly good relations with anglos and hispanics. Villifying people who want our country's laws obeyed and legal immigration to be honored makes tensions here worse.
The solution is obeying the laws of this country, designed to protect its citizens from crime, drugs, job loss, and loss of life. Just because we are Catholics and sympathetic to the plight of the poor, justice requires that we do not TAKE what belongs to others by force and GIVE it to those who have stolen it, and not earned it, right?

Love the ad. But it seems more like he is in Texas than Alabama.

Loved the ad 🙂

I like his style! A very straight-shooter (no pun about the gun intended). We certainly need many, many more such directly honest folks in politics.
I'd vote for him!
May 17, 2010 at 3:29 pm
Why does he need a gun? He's on a farm. Perhaps he wants to protect his property from vermin. It may be 2010, but there are still predatory animals making off with livestock. There was a day and a time when people could protect all they owned without their motives being questioned.
Would I vote for this guy? Heck, yes. I'm a Texas girl and he speaks my language.

I'm in love…

That. Was. Awesome.

It has that country freshness devoid of the city slickness of Obama's Eurotrash Socialism, Muslim Radicalism and pro-abortion legalism.
May 17, 2010 at 4:19 pm
He'd have my vote. Definitely part of the solution. Illegals are illegals, Kim. They're not here legally–hence the name.
May 17, 2010 at 5:15 pm
LOVED it. Loved it. Kinda want to move to Alabama just to vote for him.
May 17, 2010 at 5:59 pm
Lets make him President in 2012. He is better qualified than a certain community organizer.
May 17, 2010 at 10:51 pm
Excellent. Absolutely excellent. If the people of Alabama are wise, they will elect him. And if they are really wise, they will put him in the governors office. He is exactly the sort of man who needs to be in public office.

It seems to me to Kim Luisi is more "part of the problem" than Dale Peterson!
