Rick Santorum admitted his three-year-old daughter, Isabella, to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on Saturday, the campaign said in a statement.
Isabella was born with Trisomy 18, a rare genetic disorder. Most infants with this disorder don’t live to see their first birthday.
Say a prayer for the Santorum family and especially Bella today please. Santorum introduced the country to Bella with this video last year.

Now there is the type of person that I would like to see be president of the USA! Rick Santorum is the real deal…his family alone would speak volumes to our country! He seems very authentic, looks presidential and is exactly what our nation needs right now, in my humble opinion. He is a devout Catholic I understand, and his faith is center stage for him. Why wouldn't you vote for him? He is pro-life, fiscally conservative and a leader.
Pray for him, his daughter, his family and his campaign for the presidency!

Bella is so beautiful, just like her parents. God bless the whole family.

Hail Mary for Bella.

Oh yes, Bella is truly beautiful! Forgive me for not expressing words about Bella herself (see anonymous above)…she is an angel! The obvious love for her by Rick and her family prompted me to write words about the family, etc. and Rick in particular and his run for the presidency; but yes, this is about Bella.
I loved the way Rick expressed that we are the ones disabled , not Bella. The video, short as it is, brought a tear to my eyes…wish everyone could see it!
