Have you seen this video?
Lacey Buchanan of Woodbury, Tennessee is a mom and for that she has been criticized. You see, our culture and some rude people on the street think she should have aborted her son Christian. WOuldn’t everyone be better off.
Lacey Buchanan answers those critics in a very moving way that shows that every life, every life is part of God’s plan and a gift.
When you watch this video in which Lacey doesn’t speak, you will assume that she tells her whole story through the written cards she holds up. No, the real story is told in her face. Her face…
I have to go now, I have something in my eye.

I watched and posted this a few days ago. Lacey is beautiful – inside and out. May God bless her and her family.

Wow, just beautiful. What an inspiring story. You were right, Patrick, her face expressed perfectly the emotion of the story she was telling.

It's easier and more comfortable to be pro-life when things work out well. God bless her and her husband for being pro-life in the midst of difficulty.
Truly, all life is a gift from God. However, we rarely know all about that gift before it is lived out before our very eyes–in the lives of our children.

Pat, if you don't mind, here's a link to Lacy's personal blog "Leading the Blind"
to learn more. Thanks for sharing!

Jen, I appreciate your insight in pointing out pro-life-ness in the midst of difficulty. Those of us with kids with issues (Some of mine have cystic fibrosis.) know things.

I clicked on your video and sat through an Obama-Biden ad about a mother with two girls who supports the use of contraception and can't wait for Obama to be re-elected. You might want to check it.

ps… I got out of CMR and then went back on, and the video seems to be the right one. Don't know what happened. Love your blog, by the way.

I saw this a couple weeks ago when a friend, whose three-year-old son is blind, posted it on FB. So amazingly beautiful!!!

Absolutely wonderful. And don't you know, that little boy, whom some people wish wasn't born, has probably already saved lives…because women considering abortion will see this and say, If that mom can handle it and loves her baby so much, I can handle it too.
What a beautiful woman, family, and child.

I could watch this girl's face for the rest of my life. I see sorrow, happiness, agony, pain, joy, sadness…….I see Christ.
Watch her beautiful human face. She's us. She's Him. God bless her.
And the baby is precious. And they'll be fine.
