Sovereign personhood is endowed by our Creator at conception. The sovereign person constitutes our nation from the first moment of his existence. The sovereign person is endowed with citizenship at birth. The nation owes the citizen medical care. This law allowing the person to be allowed to die of neglect allows infanticide by neglect and euthanasia by neglect and the removal of the virtue of charity from our culture. This law will outlaw the virtue of Charity. Gosnell still will be tried under the law current to his murder of the born alive infants.

How is this any different than what our Dear Leader argued while a state senator in Illinoise? At least PP is being consistent in their thinking. The real surprise is why post-birth murder seems any more heartless than pre-birth murder.

Murder within the womb is no less deadly than without. The issue underlines the arbitrariness of the legislator's decisions regarding life or death. And still the public sleeps on.

The most chilling part of this, to me, is her "I would like to have some more conversations with you about this" comment. This is obfuscation dressed up as "dialogue"; a way to say nothing, delay change and leave everything as it is …..

This passes for dialogue in our era of confusion and ideological compartmentalizarion. She said nothing but actively avoided saying what she is thinking. It was deliberate. It would be akin to someone asking me if I believe Jesus rose from the dead and me trying to sound clever by answering other questions, reference obtuse clauses of past laws, etc. understanding and communication….and my beliefs require me to answer as clearly, concisely and truthfully that YES Jesus rose from the dead. This lady deceives, as her mentor does, so as to not tell people of the horrific nature of what she promotes.

The government does not create life. The government does not have a right to take life or to use taxpayers’ money to take life. (capital punishment is a separate case)
Upon the birth of an individual human being, the government gives citizenship to the newest member of our constitutional posterity at being born into the world, with a civil right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. From birth forward, government must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the person born must be executed at capital punishment, put to death by the state. Only for capital one homicide, for laying in wait to kill a man, premeditated murder, a person must be taken from compassion and mercy, the altar of God, and the murderer must be put to death. Exodus 21: 14-15
The state cannot own the human being. If there is only one human being, that human being could constitute the state, complete with franking money and public laws. Of course, the man would not have to vote for president, for he would be president, and all. There are many such human beings in America, within and without the womb, unborn and born. The majority of one perfect sovereign person will deliver Justice.
The state is an artificial person or construct constituted by the human being for all the reasons put forth in the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States of America.
After birth abortion would require the state to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the newly birthed child committed a death penalty crime. Or those at Planned Parenthood could become after birth abortions, as well, if innocent individuals are to suffer capital punishment.

I hate to say it, but this video is good. It shows very clearly what the agenda of PP actually is. For well-meaning and misguided people there is no better tonic than that which pulls the veil of respectability from these people and shows their TRUE beliefs.
They are in the business of killing, pure and simple. Anything which interferes with the efficiency and mechanization of that process, like a clinic having to stop and care for a baby born alive from abortion, is fair game to wrapped in lies about care of women, helping the poor etc. etc.
Post more about the truth of their agenda. It hurts to watch, but its important to know!

I would love to have asked the obvious followup question. "So if you have 'issues with the logistics' of transporting a baby who needs immediate medical care, what would you do if the mother needed immediate medical care?"
