The left worried publicly for months about interventionist Supreme Court justices who undermined democracy so they threatened to pack the court. This even prompted Biden to appoint a commission issue a decision on packing the court. Remember?

But now the U.S. Supreme Court declined to block the Texas abortion ban. They didn’t intervene and they didn’t undermine democracy in Texas.

And because of that, Democrats are once again talking about packing the court.

Seems to me, it didn’t matter what happened. The end result is the same.
