When you think of the Church you probably think of hyper masculine men doing toxic masculine things, right?
Yeah, me too.
Pope Francis has the antidote.
Pope Francis urges demasculinizing the Church, emphasizing the need for understanding the theology of women to truly grasp the essence of the Church. He criticized the low representation of women in the International Theological Commission. https://t.co/g4obbqBA4A

Every single Church event I attend is run by women. Women run the parishes throughout America. This is so out of touch.
This is about the most masculine image I have of the modern Church.
I think what we really need is the de-Jesuitification of the Church.

what we need is to reclaim masculinity from God’s perspective rather than societies. I do not think masculinity was perfect in 1950, for example. But neither do I think it was inherently toxic. We should reflect and clearly articulate GOd’s vision of masculinity. WHy? Because our culture has begun the process of unraveling and distorting it to complement its horrific and abusive feminist redefinition of women. Masculinity must NOT complement modern females as defined by feminism.

Pretty sure 1963-65 is when the Church’s culture was emasculated. The masculinity has already been lopped off — there’s nothing left for Francis to remove. What is needed is reparative surgery to restore the Church’s masculinity.

Just more of his plan to destroy the Church. What Novus Ordo parish even still has men in it?!!!! Anytime we go on vacation, we are usually forced to attend a N.O. Mass (because where we go, there are no TLMs within hundreds of miles!), and every time we’re there, my children always remark about there being almost ZERO babies/young children and an overabundance of women, especially on the altar.
This quote just shows how un-Catholic he is…
