Actor/podcaster Russell Brand has been one of the most high profile Christian converts in recent years. I remember years ago listening to him even though I considered him a liberal maniac. But in him I sensed an honest search for truth and I listened regularly. He has come a long way. He’s smart, funny, and honest. I hope to see him enter the Catholic Church.

There is something happening out there, folks. God is moving. We are not abandoned although we deserve nothing more. God is moving people’s minds, hearts, and souls. They are being stirred from their blindness. They are seeing past the veil of evil. They no longer accept human relationships as merely transactional. They no longer view others as mere consumers. There is more to us and more to this world.

It is truly like Plato’s cave. We are pointing out that there is something more and that the reality that our elites enforce upon us is mere shadow play.
