This has nothing to do with failed prophecies, but I was going by a church the other day and on its sign it read: Stop, drop and roll doesn't work in Hell.
Amazing. Those billboards frequently say hilarious things (intentionally or unintentionally) I'd never seen many until I moved to the south, and I always have to laugh.
In the small Michigan village in which I live, there used to be a Palm Reader operating out of a Main St. building. I noticed a few months back that her business was closed, and I've often wondered if she had seen it coming.

This church is about 3 miles from my house and this message has been up for about 2 months. funny it made it to fail blog.

I saw one in Georgia that read, "We cater to cowards." I thought it was kind of neat.
