So here’s union thug Jimmy Hoffa declaring war on Republicans and threatening to “take these sons of b#tches out.”
And now here’s President Barack “New Civility” Obama taking the stage shortly after. Obama not only ignores what Hoffa outrageously said but includes him in litany of those he’s proud of. Seriously, does this guy know he’s supposed to be President of all the people?
The second video’s kinda’ dull because mainly it’s about the fact that Obama didn’t react to such outrageous language so don’t watch it if you don’t want to. But I just wanted the proof.
Now, in fairness, Obama only knows how to read what’s on the teleprompter so without any ability to improvise, the poor guy was locked in to what he was saying and had no choice.

>ability to improvise, the poor guy was locked in to what he was saying and had no choice.
So it's like he's in a religion? Huh, I didn't think you could notice that sort of thing.
Hey you think maybe there's a chance that the union guy wasn't being literal? Like Sarah Palin used cross-hair graphics in some of her political stuff? I think there's a even been a few speeches made by GOP politicians and supporters that use military imagery, like the NRA? I even think some Tea Party types may have themselves said the same sort of things about armies and war and the like.
Do you get upset when they do it?
Do you think sometimes you fake outrage or become deliberately obtuse to score cheap political points and as such come off as a nakedly partisan hypocrite?

I see your troll is in full voice!

The Tea Party did not emerge from a stew of white-collar academics,
privileged politicos and corrupt union leaders and their minions. The
Tea Party, near as I can tell, consists of precisely those workers that
Mr. Hoffa claims to fight for. The Democrats, on the other hand…
It is interesting that those states that have seen the most jobs created
in the last few quarters have been those like Wisconsin that have
pushed back against the unions, or those like Texas that do not have a
strong union presence.

Big troll…
Its terrorism if you say it, patriotism if they do…
Hang onto your guns and your bible. Things are getting weird.

Oh look, the tape was edited:
http://mediamatters.org/blog/201109050003
Here's the full context:
HOFFA: Everybody here's got to vote. If we go back and keep the eye on the prize, let's take these son of a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong! Thank you very much!
See he was talking about voting not violence, the same sort of language used by other speech givers of all political type.
I know, I know, those are all facts and that's just me being a troll!
It's cute that whenever you can't refute anything I've said you just call me a troll as if somehow that's a substitute.

As a government employee I am forced to be in a Union to be allowed to work. What Hoffa said is disgusting and vile. If that is the type of people Obama wants to be associated with so be it – a man is known by the company he keeps. I am a Tea Party member and would like all States to take Governor Walker's lead and give State workers the right NOT to be in the Union.

It's always super classy when a guy says, "sons of Bitches" in a speech before the President comes on. I also agree with anonymous. I was FORCED to be in a Union to get a job back in MD. Then they used my union dues to pay for and print propaganda telling me who I should vote for. I never had the opportunity to have the job without being in the Union. I agree whole heartedly that I should be allowed to NOT be in a union if I want.

And if you were not in a union would you be making more or less money? Tell me what kind of retirement and health plan does your union provide?
September 6, 2011 at 5:48 pm
Unions generally don't provide retirement and health plans. Unions generally have companies or governments do so. It's just that public unions refuse to face the FACT that the federal government, states and municipalities are BROKE and cannot maintain pensions at previous levels.
It is generally the policy of union leaders to push nothing less than public entities defaulting entirely rather than make concessions to benefits.
This is a game of brinksmanship to see how much they can salvage of their benefit packages. Its just unfortunate that the public entities they are targeting (Wisconson and Rhode Island come to mind) really and truly are facing bankruptcy.
And Salvage, you are a troll…http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29
September 6, 2011 at 6:13 pm
So that would be you make more money and have a better benefits package with a union than without?
Quite right and the statistics back you up so really you do gain from union membership don't you?
September 6, 2011 at 7:24 pm
State and local governments and school districts do not have unlimited
resources. The breathtaking benefits packages 'negotiated' between
elected officials seeking union's support and those unions seeking to
amplify their political power have driven more than one government to
the edge of bankruptcy.
It might be great to be on the receiving end of one of those benefits
packages, but it's not sustainable.

Tell me who your friends are Mr. Obama and I'll tell you who you are.
I have been nauseated since 2008 from what I find out about your friends.

The word you are looking for is "sedition".
