Bob Beckel says the F-word on Hannity tonight. In fairness, he didn’t realize that they had come back from break. That is bad enough (But accidents happen) but then he did what liberals do. Blame someone else.
After Hannity classily tried to make light of it and apologize on his behalf, Beckel finally realized what he had done and apologized. Fine, as I said, accidents happen. But then, even after Hannity had rescued him, Beckel blames Hannity for his mistake.
Effin’ liberals. (Warning, F-bomb)

Glad this guy has been exposed as the debased character that he is.

Glad to know Conservatives don't ever use that word. If you have never used it, throw all the stones you want. Otherwise, Hypocrite much?

Anonymous: I betcha my guy Romney would rarely, if ever, use that word. There used to be a thing called "common decency" in society and in the media. Obscene blowhards like Beckel abandoned that concept a long time ago.

That guy honestly did not have a clue they were on the air. It's entertaining to watch it dawn on him what has just happened.
Wouldn't the safe route be to just NOT curse in the studio? It's like when you are a mom or a teacher: By getting out of that habit, accidents don't happen.
Wild stuff.

I've been praying for Bob Beckel since a couple weeks ago when he slandered the Church. Really, especially when I go to Mass. I think he needs it.
And Anon, I occasionally used vulgarities, but never in public. The problem with Mr Beckel and most libs, btw is their ad homenim attacks which he was in the middle of.

As someone who has worked most of my adult life in broadcasting, I can say with confidence that real professionals–on either side of the camera–never depend on a mic being off. Language inside the studio needs to be moderated, and if it is, then no such accidents occur. With respect to the anonymous stone thrower, his ignorance of broadcast practice preceded him into the discussion.
Yes, accidents can happen, but 99 out of 100 times, these accidents are the result of bad practice and bad habits. Beckel seems to like being a jerk, or so it seems to me. He certainly makes an effort.

When Bush said to Cheney, on Stage, "There's xxxx, What an Axxhole! And Cheney replied "you bet", I wonder if this blog would have mentioned it.
To hate the vulgarity is fine, but to hate liberals as much as you do is a true character flaw. Jesus was liberal, he was not a conservative. He threw stones, tipped over tables, and upset the authorites.

Anon, please. Jesus was no liberal. He opposed abortion, promiscuity, and said not one word in favor of government taking from "the rich" to give to "the poor."
In truth, many on both sides of the aisle are statists. And that path leads only to tyranny, which is another thing Jesus did not speak to support.
Actually, to paint Jesus as a member of any modern political class is blasphemy.

Beckel did what Beckel does best, make himself known for his ignorance. However, I am just as appalled at Hanity as I am with Beckel. Hannity took up for Beckel and did not support the lady to whom Beckel was speaking. You expect this type behavior from Beckel, not from Hannity.

I'm a die-hard conservative (of a libertarian bent) and even though I don't agree with a word he says, I have to admit I love Beckel.
You know why? Because he's one of the last honest liberals. I do think he believes what he says, which is way better than the political calculation that comes out of the current administration. And even if he's misguided, I can tell he cares. Its obvious in this clip.
And he's completely honest about his past personal failings and struggles (as is, say, Glen Beck) and deserves respect for that.
As for his style, tone, and language…WHO CARES? His shows are on late at night, and he's not saying anything unusual.
Lastly, he has come out very strongly on his shows against the persecution of Christians around the world. Even if we disagree with Beckel, we should be willing to accept help graciously on issues like that one.
