Well, Rick Santorum linked bestiality and homosexuality. Turns out Disney proved him right with Beauty and the Beast. Heh.
The upcoming remake of Beauty and the Beast will transform a minor character into gay propaganda.
Gaston’s sidekick LeFou (played by actor Josh Gad) for Gaston, will now come to terms with his homosexuality during the film. The director Bill Condon called it a “nice, exclusively gay moment in a Disney movie.”
It’s propaganda. The thing is, Disney doesn’t care about you. Disney cares about your children. They want to ensure that your children see homosexuality as completely normal.
I’m not sure that the villain’s sycophantic sidekick being gay is a boon to the gay community so I’m not sure they should be all that pleased. But what do I know.
