When you cower to the mob and remain silent, you allow them to grow more powerful. What your silence says is, “the mob will be my child’s problem.”
Me? I say bring it on now.
It’s not because I’m unconcerned about what the mob can do to me. But what I fear more is looking into my child’s eyes when they ask me what I did to stop the mob and explaining that I did nothing.
I fear disappointing God more than upsetting the mob.
If you dim your light for fear of the darkness you’re simply increasing the hold of the darkness.
