If anyone were watching CNN or even knew who Don Lemon was, this would be worrisome. You know how they always say that you can say whatever you want but you can’t yell “Fire” in a crowded movie theater. Well, maybe CNN can say stupid and irresponsible things because nobody’s watching.
Great philosophers have puzzled over the question – If Don Lemon says something stupid but there’s nobody around to hear it, is Don Lemon still stupid?
Yes. Yes he is.
Here, CNN’s Don Lemon calls out the unvaxxed as “idiots.’ I’m unsure if being called an idiot by a…not so smart person is better or worse.
He also says government must sublimate individual rights for the greater good. I couldn’t think of a quicker recipe for gulags.
This just reminds me of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes saying “Three generations of imbeciles are enough” in the landmark 1927 case Buck v. Bell. That ruling allowed states to forcibly sterilize residents in order to prevent “feebleminded and socially inadequate” people from having children for the greater good.
Wow. That sounds similar, doesn’t it? That’s because the progressive movement hasn’t changed.
I’m not kidding about gulags. That’s where this goes. Violence and gulags. This is where it goes throughout human history and even present day. Some people who are considered “less than” are tossed into shallow graves, sterilized, or dragged to a gulag.
