Today is the feast day of Our Lady of Loreto. This is reportedly the house where the Annunciation took place. So yeah, a place worth keeping around, right?

I know there’s always a great deal of discussion about whether angels actually carried the house or whether it was done by man. That doesn’t really matter to me all that much. I certainly believe angels could do such a thing. I also believe men could as well.

Men could also do it with the help of angels. I don’t know. But somebody believed this house to be so important to our story that it needed to be brought over to Loreto.

It’s truly an amazing thing. The house is dated back to the first century and is clearly from Israel.
