Another blogger (mommylife.net – good blog, worth checking out!) posted this article from a newspaper in the UK. I thought it eloquent and to the point about this situation.
Any meaningful peace prize should go to the lads in Iraq and Afghanistan who cobble together limited resources to dig wells and electrify rural areas for poor people.
I actually think Obama's a bit of a victim in this, because it's going to be a freakin' millstone. That said, he COULD refuse it.. but then who wants to be the runner up that gets it? That would just suck.
Someone on the BBC's Magazine Monitor page wrote in, "I'm not George W. Bush, either. Can I get a Nobel Peace Prize?"
Okay, now I'm starting to blame Obama. He passed on point A by recognising he didn't deserve it… and then flunked on Point B of SPENDING OUR MONEY FOR ANOTHER TRIP TO FREAKIN' SCANDANAVIA! The donation of money is neutral- the guy already has tons, and he can't accept stuff as a public servant.

A leg lamp would be far more meaningful.

It's amazing how the trolls still have to invoke Bush's name when their hero is mocked. BDS folks – let it go.

All of you are nothing but a bunch of liberal Democrats mocking the way you think conservatives would react to non-u.s. citizen Obama.
Signed,
The trolling birther
