Sorry to see such an attitude be associated in any way with St Patrick and Ireland – as he and his associates are wearing the shamrock!

Those who believe in eternity have a reason for wanting children.

Really makes you want to vote for Mitt, if that's the way his supporters are supporting him. Are they forgetting that even if he gets the nomination he's going to need the votes of Santorum, Gingrich, and Paul supporters to win the election?

Why would anyone need protection from a child? Rick obviously loves children and has no allergy to them, ergo. needs not protection.

For the record, this was for a St. Patrick's breakfast in South Boston. The event is usually marked by its light hearted nature and time to poke fun at all political figures in Massachusetts politics. He goes on to make fun of the rest of the republicans and also many state officials. I don't think that this is anything to get up in arms over.

@ Anon 4:10 Thank you for the context of Sen Brown's comments. When Sen Brown loses his seat this fall perhaps he can get a gig as warmup for
some hasbeen comedian on the rubber chicken circuit. He's just that funny…..and about as much of a Massachusetts moderate as the candidate he supports. Yuck.
