I will vote for the Romney, but if he does cut PBS I will be incredibly mad.
Why? Much of the programming will be remain available, especially Big Bird and Sesame Street. There is absolutely no justification for the continued funding of PBS or NPR for that matter. The primary viewing/listening audience for these channels are upper middle class white people. Do they really need subsidies?
If this is a real ad, and I can't believe that it is (It certainly looks real and if it isn't, the producer may be in real trouble with the official "paid for by Obama for President" line at the end of the message. I'm assuming there is some sort of copyright on that line.), then desperation might be too nice of a word for it. I mean, really, how much money is being sent to PBS? If Romney cuts that, he will have cut maybe 1/1000th of a percent of the money that Obama has over spent. If that is the worst thing about Romney's budget, then I'm all for Romney.

That reeks of desperation. I can't believe the president gave his stamp of approval to that. How…unpresidential.

Of course Obama would use Big Bird. He's a jive turkey, so he has an affinity toward birds!

It doesn't seem like a real ad to me… I will vote for the Romney, but if he does cut PBS I will be incredibly mad.

If PBS is so popular and so good, why can't they compete for funds like everyone else?

The video is in the Obama for America YouTube channel. I.e. it is indeed an official Obama campaign video.

it is a better performance than the debate, in any event.
