Let’s hope the UN and/or Pope Francis doesn’t endorse it, huh?

As you might recall, Pope Francis recognized the state run church in China, rather than the faithful underground Catholic Church. Now, the CCP is rewriting the Bible.

I, personally, don’t understand why they have to rewrite the Bible. Why don’t they just ignore the parts they don’t like just like the rest of us do. Sheesh. Seems like a lot of work to get to the same place. Either way, you become God.

But maybe the CCP wants the party to be God. At some point they said that they’re rewriting the Bible to “Keep pace with the times.” That’s the same reason Disney remade The Little Mermaid and we all saw how that turned out.

The world has been rewriting scripture since the Reformation. It’s what we do when we don’t like what God says or find it too difficult. The problem is that China has a military that will enforce their godless system on others. Pray for the underground Church. Pray that the real word of God will be promulgated throughout the world.

And just a last point. God’s word doesn’t need updating. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end.
