The day after a prominent fundraiser and friend of Sen. Barack Obama was convicted Wednesday of fraud and money laundering, Obama stunned the country by denouncing and rejecting the entire city of Chicago and all of its inhabitants, including those in the nearby suburbs.
Earlier in the day, Barack Obama was scheduled to begin his daily scheduled briefing detailing who he was denouncing and rejecting that day. He was reportedly all set to announce he was “saddened” and “disappointed” by his old “acquaintance” Tony Rezko saying this is not the Tony Rezko he knew, not that he ever knew him well at all. He was scheduled to say that even though the two had bought a property together there were some tall bushes which weren’t conducive to conversing so they never knew each other well.
But campaign insiders say that moments before Obama took to the podium to delineate the daily litany of those who “saddened” and “disappointed” him, Obama “blew a gasket” and strode to the podium like a hero of old while mumbling he was going to “handle this once and for all.”
Obama has famously received major criticism for his friends, acquaintances, and mentors in the Windy City including Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Rev. Michael Phleger, former terrorist Michael Ayers and now Rezko. So it shouldn’t be a great surprise that Obama stood at the podium today in his hometown of Chicago and said, “You guys are killing me. You hear me. I denounce and reject all of you. Every one I ever met in this godforsaken city. I’m disappointed, saddened, whatever, you know the spiel.”
But Obama ingeniously turned the tables on political opponents who would point to this as a sign of weakness. Obama said that these trials and tribulations showed his strength and courage because even though throughout his whole life he’d been surrounded by corrupt and crazy people, he persevered and became the greatest political figure in American history.
“It speaks to the amazing faith I have that it survived the lunatic ramblings of the Rev’s Wright and Pfleger, it speaks to my patriotism that I didn’t bomb the Pentagon like my friend…uh… acquaintance Bill Ayers, and it speaks volumes about my intelligence that Tony Rezko has a one way ticket to the Big House and nobody’s puttin’ a glove on me.” Obama said it is these attributes which will help him make America great again.

I could tell this was satirical because you didn’t start Obama’s speech with “We the people….”.

No mention of Hope or Change either. Big giveaway there.
So how soon before he denounces Illinois and the rest of the country?

From what I hear, he might want to denounce Michelle just to be safe.

Can I really hope for that? That he will denounce Illinois and never come back? I wish. Maybe he can take the governor with him.

McCain had to reject Pastor Hagee but nobody says a word about that. It’s just Fox News and Rush Limbaugh tell you people about these things, then you think they matter.
Should Barack Obama really be responsible for everything anyone says?
I think that’s an unfair standard. Judge a man by what HE says not be what other people are saying around him.

Yes. McCain rejected a pastor who endorsed him whom he didn’t even know. Obama’s rejected the man who baptized his children, his friends, his spiritual mentors, his political mentors. You seeing a difference yet?

You know why there wasn’t a big outcry about Hagee’s comments? It’s because the people who would have been offended (faithful Catholics) know that John McCain isn’t anti-Catholic himself. McCain repudiated Hagee and rejected his endorsement, as he should.
Obama, spent twenty years in Wright’s church. Rev. Wright, by Obama’s own admission, influenced him so much that he became a Christian. Are we to believe that he couldn’t have been influenced in other ways as well?

Obama is scary, and I hope he develops a severe ingrown toenail and chronic eructations. He’s a risky scheme. And a known baby-killing advocate.

I never knew you could insult an entire city at one time. But then again he managed to insult my entire state with his “small town midwestern conservative christians clinging to their guns” comments so I shouldn’t be surprised!(it was kinda funny I actually saw some Obama signs in the trash because of that insult)

MEDIA BIAS ROBS AMERICANS OF THE TRUTH
… NOW, AP IS UNFARILY PLAYING THE RACE CARD …
The media’s continual bias in favor of Obama is not only disgusing, it’s against everything that America, a Free Press, and Freedom of Speech stands for. To suggest that there is no media bias in favor of Obama not only robs Americans of the truth, it insults the intelligence of the American people.
TALK IS CHEAP … CHECK OBAMA’S RECORD !!!
A candidate’s track record, and associations are always a legitimate issue when running for President. Let’s take a look at the qualifications, judgement, and experience of Obama, who is running for President. Obama had 25 years to fulfill the potential he displayed as a rising start at Harvard Law School … and, how did he live up to that potential? … He chose to align himself with anti-American racist, Jeremiah Wright for TWENTY YEARS … along with Ferrahkan, Rezko, Ayers, and others. As a community organizer, he registered thousands of voters in Chicago … then, when he ran for the state legislature, he took away their votes, by disqualifying his opponent (a black woman) on a technicality. As a U.S. Senator, he voted present 160 times … he never called a meeting on the Afghanistan committee he chaired (although he NOW says we must shift all our military from Iraq to Afghanistan). He claimed Foreign Policy experience from a 9 day whirlwind photo op to 6 countries. And, he spent almost half of his tenure neglecting his responsibilities as a U.S. Senator, so he could run for President. Senator McCain served America honorably for 22 years in the military. He proved his love for America, as well as his honor, integrity and character, by refusing early release as a P.O.W., even while being tortured. He served America as a ‘contributing’ U.S. Senator, working across the aisle, for 20 years. If Obama’s Twentyfive year track record shows he lacks judgement, and can’t be trusted, who cares what he says about Health Care and the Economy! What Obama never learned is Character. He simply can’t be trusted … ask Jeremiah Wright, a friend of 20 years, who Obama betrayed for personal ambition … and, you Obama supporters really think he won’t betray you If he gets elected??? If he gets elected, you Obama supporters will be facing a HUGE disillusionment !!!
