This is disgusting. And also incredibly hypocritical. The same people who are all for euthanasia and death panels are essentially calling Paul Ryan a murderer for trying to save Medicare. This is politics at its worst.

This is an obsolutely appalling example of fear-mongering at its worst. The socialists believe that the minute government funding to Medicare is cut, granny will be dumped over a cliff? Bah! The tax money we'll save from not funding this government boonbogle will free up money for people to buy better health care on their own terms and/or to help those who are not so fortnate.

It also happens to be a flat lie. The Ryan plan is an under-55 plan. It doesn't touch anyone age 55 or older…. and it saves money by means-testing, meaning we stop paying Medicare for wealthy citizens who can afford to pay their own way, to concentrate public money on the poor!

PS: see the correspondence between Ryan & Archbishop Dolan on preferential option for the poor, subsidiarity, etc.

Made by the Agenda Project – I guess that says it all.

I'll be retiring soon and need medicare. If Paul Ryan's plan get voted in I'll be that lady in the wheel chair. How can the GOP do this? Do they hate senior citizens?
Obama's looking better and better. At least I know he'll not cut my medicare/medicate. He's too much of a big spender.

Early Riser! Please look more deeply into the Ryan plan's details. If you're over 55, you don't need to do anything, change anything, or even follow this debate–it doesn't apply to you. You're covered.

Is it terrible that I can't focus on the issues here? It's taken me five minutes to stop laughing after watching the ridiculously low-budget dummy get dumped off the cliff. Of course, I'm hyperbolizing but you get the idea.

The last question:
"Is America beautiful without Medicare?"
Does that mean that there was no merit to the country at all until the dems voted in medicare in 1965? That's almost 200 years to deal with there.

Cut medicare to fund the tax cuts of the wealthy of this nation. Even Republican voters are catching on to this Republican scam and it's not going to be pretty for the Republican Party in the next election. Ryancare (or is that RyUNcare)is just another scam to steal even MORE money and benefits from hard-working Americans and retired Americans to benefit the wealthy and well-connected of this nation. Thank God America is starting to wake up and see what's really happening.

The wealthy give us jobs. I want their taxes cut. Why do the Dems always, always, play class warfare? Are we supposed to hate rich people?
May 21, 2011 at 10:36 pm
YEAH! Just look at all the jobs we have because of the Bush tax cuts. NOT! Just look at the facts and stop towing the political line of your party. If all this wealth (much of it inheritance, not job creators) is" trickling down, then when will the middle class start to benefit from these Bush tax cuts?!

or is that RyUNcare)
Wow, did that take you a long time to come up with. I can see you now, bending over your keyboard, lost in thought to come up with that one zinger to really make your point. Then you type that, laughing with glee at your own clever whit. Hey, who needs to argue with facts when you can devise little zingers that are based on complete fabrications?
