A Brooklyn teacher who was fired after calling her students the “devils spawn” on Facebook said she was eager to return to class after a Judge ordered that she be reinstated, according to the Daily News.
Obviously, this is lunacy, especially because she also said on Facebook that she wouldn’t throw a lifejacket to a drowning child.
But I bring this up to ask a question. Obviously, you can’t get fired for calling children “Devil Spawn” but think about this – if that teacher came into school and told the children, “You are each God’s little precious angels,” would she be fired then? And would some liberal judge order her reinstated?
Think about that.

Render unto Caesar…
Why are you surprised the American Courts take Satan's side?
You are probably also shocked that you send your children to Caesar to teach them, and the come home speaking like Romans.
A picture paints a thousand words. Here is a video to explain more clearly what I mean:

American Public Schools have nothing to do with God and His Christ.
Devil spawn?
What did you expect the Teachers would call them, Saints?

A teacher who will not call her charges saints is the devil's spawn. Children are innocent until the age of reason. Not so of the teacher who has reached the age of reason and adulthood. Looks like the teacher is a brat.

Mary De Voe, you must never have taught. Spend just one day teaching middle or high school, and I guarantee you that you will change your stance. Kids nowadays do resemble the spawn of Satan. By the way, once a child reaches seven he is generally believed to have reached the age of reason.

Mary De Voe
You are right in my opinion.
We should not throw children under the bus that quickly.
we do pray for them.

No, you're right, Pablo, it's ridiculous to want your children to speak like Romans. And tiled floors, indoor plumbing, arches, domes: those are all Roman too! Live in animal-skin tents and speak Pictish, like God intended!
Sorry, but Christians are not all monks. We have to live in this world—and by living in it, rather than running off like hippie weenies to found an alternative-lifestyle subculture, we convert it. You would prefer the Church had rebuffed Constantine, or told Clovis to keep up the worship of Thor and Odin, lest our ever-so-pure Christian lips start speaking like Franks? Not the way it works.
You'll notice that it's not "Render unto God the things that are Caesar's." Caesar, too, has a claim upon us, though a lesser one.

Yup Matt,
That about sums it up.

@Anonymous 3:40 The teacher signed on to help civilize the uncivilized. Name calling is a cop-out.

Both my in-laws were teachers. The stories they told about the foul mouthed, emotionally damgaged and sometimes dangerous kids were chilling. They did not teach in the ghetto either. They worked in the suburbs. Devil's spawn is pretty close to what they faced everyday.

An education teaches people HOW to think, not what to think. The devil removed the freedom of the Person of God from society, and the freedom of man to acknowledge the exiled Person of God in speech, press and peaceable assembly. The devil aborted 54 million souls of priests, nuns, teachers, doctors, lawyers and statesmen. The devil allowed devils in human form, the devil’s foot soldiers to rule. The devil promotes fornication, lust, debauchery of every sort, sexual abuse, slavery, inhumanity. The un-emancipated minor children of our culture are a captive audience. They are being led by an individual who tells them, that, if they were in the grip of death, she would rejoice. The devil has no spawn. Man has discovered DNA, stem cells, quarks and snarks. God creates the life man discovers. The devil’s “spawn” as it were, are those human beings created in innocence and virginity who embrace the evil one and his lies. Calling this an education violates the truth in advertizing

@Dymphna: My family are replete with teachers, good teachers, very good teachers, teachers of the gifted, who have earned the respect even of the delinquent members of the class. The metal detectors find two or more guns per week. Yes, the going gets rough, the tough get going.
