Here’s a story that details how looney we’ve become as a culture.
A chick who says she’s a dude wants to be allowed to be an R.A. in the all male dorm at the University of Miami. The university pretty much said “but you’re a dude” and then the chick freaked and filed a complaint because she says she is so a dude…even though she’s a chick. Got it?
CBS reports:
Kaeden Kass, who was born a female but identifies himself as male, filed a complaint with the dean of students and the Miami University council over the incident, according to WLWT-TV. Kass was offered the same position for a female suite.
“The problem is, I’m a male-identified person,” Kass told WLWT-TV. “As soon as I’m in a space that is all female, my identity gets erased.”
I don’t even know what that means. I’ve read it three times and I don’t get it.
One hilarious side note is that the University of Miami actually offers housing specifically for “transgender” students. And they’re still getting in trouble. Sheesh, there’s no pleasing some people.
Her argument kinda’ defeats itself if you ask me. When I was in college, if I was told I could go live in the all-female dorm I’d have been packed and walking into that place carrying three cases of wine coolers in about three minutes. But I think that way because I’m a dude. She’s not.

Small problem, Jeremiah: She isn't looking for help, she's looking for support to promote the disorder and affirm it as good.
That's simply silly, and pretending it isn't so won't help her.
To flip your thought around, if you wanted to be treated as a special member of a group you're not (based entirely on your claim that unlike any other member of your target group, your identity is destroyed by being stuck with members of your obvious group) and you have choices including those who support you in your claim that you're special and need special privileges for what you want, those who say you're sick and need help, and those who laugh because members of the group you say you're really one of don't act like that, which would you choose? Still group 1, but you might be bugged enough by group #3 showing that not everyone is buying your silliness to eventually look for #2.
People saying you are sick doesn't generally sway; people saying you're silly can change minds.

All that ignoring that if this is not someone "suffering from a real brain disorder or chemical imbalance" (which, by the indications we have, she is not) and we act like they are, we make it less likely that those who really are sick and want help will dare ask anyone– notice the kind of attacks that Courage or the groups that try to cure SSA in the willing get?

… and if Kaeden gets her way & the college lets her bunk down in the all male dorm, who is she going to sue if she wakes up one morning with one of her roomies in her bed after some good old fashioned, alcohol fueled, male bonding?

"“The problem is, I’m a male-identified person,” Kass told WLWT-TV. “As soon as I’m in a space that is all female, my identity gets erased.”"
When she's with a bunch of women she forgets how to scratch her balls. (Can I say "balls" here?)
